  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
