Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 piece Orange bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn kernels, diced bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
