Ingredients
  • 200 gram Hot Peppers
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the hot peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the blended mixture and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the sauce to a jar or bottle and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
