Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Collard Greens
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the collard greens.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  5. Add collard greens and vegetable broth.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  7. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
