Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Let the coleslaw rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
