Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with shredded coconut and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot.
