Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with freshly grated coconut and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
