Ingredients
  • 2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca pearls
  • 4 piece Ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a simmer.
  2. Add the tapioca pearls and cook for 15 minutes or until they become translucent.
  3. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice the bananas and add them to the coconut milk mixture.
  6. Stir gently to combine.
