  • 1 cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the brown sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
