Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chia seeds, almonds, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, lift the granola slab out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut it into bars.
  9. Allow the bars to rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
  10. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
