Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Medjool dates
  • 0.5 cup Almond butter
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup Chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Almonds
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the dates, almond butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add the almonds and pulse a few times to chop them.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press it down firmly and evenly.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
