Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
  4. In a shallow bowl, mix together cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Coat each tofu piece in the cornstarch mixture.
  6. Place the coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
