Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Parsley
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
