Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chicken Breast
  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Bell Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
