Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak the bulgur in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the bulgur and squeeze out any excess water.
  3. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the bulgur.
  5. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Let the tabbouleh rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
