Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Black olives
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
