Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots until tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In the same saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until it thickens slightly.
  6. Add the cooked carrots to the saucepan and toss to coat them in the glaze.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are glazed and heated through.
  8. Remove from heat and let the carrots rest for 5 minutes before serving.
