Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir in the raisins.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure it is evenly spread.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.
  10. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
