Ingredients
  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, stir in the dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
  10. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy as a snack.
