Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts
  • 0.5 cup Dried fruits
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
