  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Gluten-free oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, gluten-free oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the mint leaves.
