  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 2 piece Ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil.
  4. Grill or toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
