  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries shape.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
