Ingredients
  • 4 slice Bread slices
  • 4 leaf Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slice Tomato slices
  • 8 slice Avocado slices
  • 4 strip Vegan bacon
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the vegan bacon until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, and vegan bacon on half of the bread slices.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo-mustard side down.
  7. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
