Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  4. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the diced potatoes and vegetable broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Use a potato masher to lightly mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup.
  8. Stir in the dill, salt, and black pepper.
  9. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
