  • 24 ounce Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into chunky cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the onion and bell pepper.
  5. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
