Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 ripe, mashed Banana
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and mashed banana. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Once cooled, stir in the dark chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
  8. Serve as a breakfast cereal with milk or yogurt, or enjoy as a snack.
