  • 0.5 cup Vegan butter
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Almond milk
  • 1.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and almond milk to the bowl and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
