Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)
Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Stir in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour and shredded coconut to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once firm, roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  6. Roll the balls in chopped nuts to coat.
  7. Place the chocolate balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
