Ingredients
  • 2 pound Sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add chipotle peppers, maple syrup, salt, butter, and milk to the pot.
