Ingredients
  • 15 ounce Canned Chickpeas
  • 8 ounce Canned Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas and artichoke hearts.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, artichoke hearts, tahini, lime juice, olive oil, chipotle pepper, garlic, cumin, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the hummus is too thick, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve with pita chips, vegetables, or as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
