  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
