Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 2 head Bok Choy
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
