In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add flour, salt, and sesame oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the scallions into small pieces.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape and sprinkle the chopped scallions evenly on top.

Roll up the dough tightly and then cut it into 4 equal pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place the rolled dough pieces into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Transfer the cooked scallion bread to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
