  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 4 stalk Green onions
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, and thinly slice the bell pepper, cucumber, and green onions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, and green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to combine.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
