Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chinese radishes
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 piece Green onions
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the Chinese radishes into thin slices.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced Chinese radishes to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the radishes and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
