Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
  4. Brush the surface of each circle with vegetable oil and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  5. Roll up each circle tightly into a cylinder and then coil it into a spiral.
  6. Flatten the spiral with a rolling pin to form a pancake.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  8. Cook the pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
