Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green beans
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and continue stir-frying for another minute.
  5. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar in a small bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the green beans and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
