Ingredients
  • 300 gram Green beans
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they become bright green and slightly tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
