Ingredients
  • 500 gram String beans
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the string beans and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add string beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
