Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chinese dandelion leaves
  • 150 gram Tofu
  • 100 gram Shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 50 gram Water chestnuts
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon White pepper
  • 24 piece Wonton wrappers
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the Chinese dandelion leaves, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, carrot, water chestnuts, garlic, and ginger.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped ingredients with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold the wonton wrapper in half to form a triangle, then seal the edges by pressing with your fingers.
  5. Bring water to a boil in a steamer.
  6. Place the dumplings in the steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the wrappers are cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
