Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chinese cabbage
  • 150 gram Snow peas
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add snow peas and Chinese cabbage, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 1 minute.
  7. Serve hot.
