Ingredients
  • 300 gram Chinese cabbage
  • 200 gram Firm tofu
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Add tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  9. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and tofu.
  10. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
