  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 300 gram Cucumber
  • 200 gram Red bell pepper
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic cloves.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped vegetables, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the soup to a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
