  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Olives
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.
