  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 250 gram Red bell peppers
  • 200 gram Cucumber
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 gram Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the tomatoes, red bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, garlic cloves, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  4. Serve the chilled soup in bowls and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
