Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 2 ripe Avocado
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, basil leaves, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chilled pasta with the avocado and basil sauce until well coated.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
