Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a blender, combine the soy milk, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chilled pasta with the blended sauce.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
