Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 2 piece Ripe Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, lemon juice, garlic, fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the avocado cream sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Before serving, garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
