  • 12 leaf Chicory leaves
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the chicory leaves.
